Our sober coaches are in long term recovery themselves and we will make the choice very easy by offering a same gender sober coach. We are expanding the team to meet the ever growing requirements and are already connected with a much wider support network.
My name is Errol, I am 55 and I live in London, where I am ready to support you as a Recovery Companion, Coach, and Sober Escort.
Having worked on my own Recovery for multiple years, I am happy to celebrate 19 years of continuous sobriety. I have extensive experience working with others, recovering from all forms of addiction: Food, Gaming, Gambling, Sex and of course, Alcohol and Substance Abuse which was the primary addiction for me. My career has included working in a rehab for a few years and many years working outside of the therapy arena in the building trade, using the programme of recovery as my bridge to normal living.
All this experience with people has well-equipped me to successfully support hundreds of others dealing with various life issues. As a person in continuous long-term recovery myself, I ‘live’ my recovery each day. In doing so, I am able to share the same life tools, and instill practising similar daily habits to anyone new to recovery. I listen to the suggestions and put my sobriety at the top of my priority list. I respect that there are multiple pathways to recovery and am really comfortable to entertain ideas, though I will mainly share with you the honest message that was given to me and that has worked for me.
In my spare time, I like to travel, watch movies and try out different restaurants. I aim to live my absolute best life in recovery, and it’s a life worth living today. I am blessed to have this gift to support others to do the same.
I am an English, I’m 51, a London based lady, originally from Essex with a passion for positivity.
I have studied and gained a variety of specific Counselling Diplomas including study in the areas of Addition and Young People. My life has evolved through decades of riding along in the corporate world, managing projects, training, inspiring and coaching individuals. I am now allowing my highway to be the channel of all the good things I love through configuring therapy software whilst still sponsoring and helping other people to enjoy the fruits of freedom from addiction and alcohol.
I got sober in AA using the 12 step program, and have tried out a few other different fellowships over the years. The best thing about my long term sobriety is being able to motivate others for their own success, and having this beautiful gift to give away and share. I work, I am also an artist, an author, a yoga teacher, I love fitness these days - every day is a gift.
Having tailored how to get glimpses of happiness and serenity - my offering is an accumulation of all the things that got me to this point. When I allow myself to practise my recovery, paint, do yoga, practice gratitude, set goals and practice fitness, I am at peace with myself, I am complete - these really are the things that have made me whole and I can help you to live a happier life with freedom of choice on your recovery journey.
